The original effort began with the seminary in Madrid, of which, World Link Ministries is the 501(c)3 administrative umbrella organization in Irving, Texas.

SEFOVAN Spain is located in a residential neighborhood of Madrid which affords easy access by public transportation and allows us to find housing for students nearby.

We currently have a student body of around 30 students preparing for ministry as pastors, Bible teachers and evangelists. Students can graduate in four years with a theological education comparable to U.S. programs, and in addition, with unique hands-on experience in evangelism, discipleship training, ministry, and church planting. Many SEFOVAN students will have planted and/or been leading a church by the time they graduate.

SEFOVAN Extension Centers extend theological training in Spain to students located in central Madrid, Salamanca and San Sebastian.

Many students at SEFOVAN come from non-Christian families, or from families who do not have the means to support them through four years of Biblical training. The evangelical churches in Spain are very small by North American standards and most cannot help even with a small scholarship.
