Top Ten Ministry Moments of 2010: #2

Let me introduce you to Adelfo a wonderful believer who came to Christ more than 30 years ago.  The seed of the Gospel fell on fertile ground in Adelfo’s heart.  He was immediately discipled and became a vibrant witness for the Gospel.  His dairy business began to thrive, and his life began to take on the aura of a life blessed by the Lord.

Adelfo’s role at church also grew.  He wanted to share with everyone about the joy of an authentic Christian life.

But growth in Christ Jesus can only go undetected for so long.  Two teachers of catechism from the Catholic Church became aware of the “evangelist” in their midst.

Top Ten Ministry Moments of 2010: #6

Let me take you to the town of Huejotzingo, one of the towns surrounding the city of Puebla.

Here, a believer who used to rent a two-story house to generate extra income has given the free use of the entire lower floor on a permanent basis for the church that our friends Jose and Arely are planting.

Let me take you to Tiscali . . .

It’s one of tens of thousands of towns in the Mexico countryside . . . so normal and sleepy that it seems nothing can change its ways. But one of our workers assigned to that town has set the wheels of eternal change in motion! The power of the Gospel is the compelling force.
